Spotless and beautifully designed room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Great decor and spotlessly clean bathroom. Very amiable staff throughout. Good food, favourable and magnificent location close to everything. Nearby I' Ripiglino - great place to chill out.

For a 3 star hotel everything was nice, I liked to be here. Everyone was helpful as well as host. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & room was spotless and fashionable. The design was unique. It was in an excellent and amazing location near to everything. It was also not far from the main train station, and Florence. The whole experience was very comfortable from start to finish, totally recommend.

Everything was nice, including really helpful staff. The location was excellent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Besides, it was within walking distance of downtown, that worked for us🙂

This weekend stay was everything I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to transportation and easy to walk around the city. The room was beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed, including a spacious bathroom. The best part of the stay was the host, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She gave great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing that made my trip even better. The breakfast available each morning was simple but delicious.

There really weren't any negative aspects of my stay. The only thing that could be considered a downside is that it would have been nice to have a larger common area to relax in outside of my room, but this wasn't a big issue as I spent most of my time exploring the city.

Spending my Christmas vacation was a good decision. The relaxing atmosphere and welcoming staff made it an enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the train station and the city centre. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern with comfortable beds. I also appreciated having access to a well-equipped kitchen, tea, coffee and snacks.

Though the stay was great, sometimes there were some noises from the neighbourhood which could be a bit disruptive. The breakfast was basic and could have been better.
